Mountain Cleaning and Maintenance was established in 2019, however the owners have experiences in the cleaning and maintenance field since 1987. Both partners have experience in the commercial, residential, city and mountain town ski resort industry.
Craigs Bio: Craig Gaskill moved from California with his family to Longmont Colorado back in 2001. Craig was a stay home dad until December 2003. Craig started a new venture and opened up Decked Out Home and Business Maintenance, Inc. in early 2004. Craig has 35 years of experience in maintenance. He has built his career up to include all the basics in home maintenance, from house cleaning to deck building. Craig has also been involved in commercial buildings as a maintenance tech performing renovations and preventive maintenance. Craig performs all his customers request and adds a few along the way. Craig takes pride in what he has to offer. For the past 6.5 years Craig has been a Facilities Manager for a private school in Boulder Co. He has maintained all of his regular customers and continues to give his customer quality workmanship. Craig’s journey doesn’t end there. His kids are out of the house and on a journey of their own. Craig has moved to Loveland Colorado and has just begun a new joint venture with Mountain Cleaning and Maintenance LLLP. "I expect we will be in business for many years to come bringing quality workmanship to all our existing and new customers." Lora Bio: Lora Mann has lived majority of her life in Colorado. She moved to Breckenridge shortly after high school and jumped into the ski resort operations industry. She received a great portion of her resort operational learning experiences at a small timeshare resort. She took a small break and enjoyed Alaska and there too took her resort experience to gain knowledge from a fish industry perspective. While in Alaska, her famiy grew and she attended college to gain more knowledge in the field of accounting and business along with starting her own in home childcare. Alaska was definitely an experience, but she missed Breckenridge and took her family and knowledge back with her to manage three resorts and her own cleaning business, along with operating her Pizza Restaurant in Keystone. Family health issues forced her to move to Loveland, out of the high elevation. During the past 12 years residing in Loveland she has also maintained some of her clientele from Breckenridge making trips to Breckenridge and Broomfield to clean and maintain residential and short term rentals. She continues to own and operate her own family childcare, but misses the cleaning and short term property management business. Her adventure isn't done; she looks forward to joining Craig in a joint venture of Cleaning and Maintenance, a passion of hers that has not ended. Together their combined experience and compassion of helping others with pride in customer service and superior workmanship, she looks forward to making other peoples homes shine!
