Short Term Rental Cleanings~
Kitchen:
- load and run dishwasher with all dirty dishes, empty prior to exiting home
- Wipe down large appliances fronts and handles
- turn on oven cleaner when needed, scrub any additional large debris items
- wash all kitchen counters free of food and debris
- Clean allsmall kitchen appliances (coffee maker, toaster, crock pots,, electric can opener)
- Scour sink, make shine, run garbage disposal
- wipe out and remove and crumbs or food debris inside cupboards and drawers
- vacuum and hand wash kitchen floors free of debris
- wash and disenfect sink, counter, toilet, tub/shower. Wipe clean dry to make shine and rid of unwanted spots.
- Clean mirrors and decor
- clean floors and baseboards
- wipe light switches and outlets and dust doors
- Make beds with fresh sheets
- dust all furniture tops, sides and front
- dust lamp shades
- check ceilings for cob webs dust accordingly
- empty trash
- vacuum floor
- Dust and wipe down furniture
- dust blinds
- vacuum under couch cushions and under chairs/sofa
- Clean glass, mirrors and spot clean interior windows
- Clean baseboards, light switches, outlets and door knobs
- organize all closets to be neat and tidy
- inventory kitchen, bath and closet items, report any losses to homeowner
- replenish paper supplies for incoming guests (toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner)
- launder linen and terry and prepare for incoming guests
- take out trash and recycling
- vacuum floors
- hand wash hard surface flooring
- clean glass doors free of any marks or smudges
- sweep out garages
- report any damages with photos immediately to homeowner. Get permissions to repair items promptly.
- All of the routine cleaning with the added:
- clean out all china cabinets
- wipe out all cabinetry in kitchen and baths
- wash duvet covers, and mattress pads on beds
- wash bathroom and entry rugs
- take apart dining light fixtures, bathroom light fixtures and clean glass
- wash ceiling fan blades
- turn all thermostates down to 55 degrees
- Remove all trash to outdoor bin
- secure all windows and doors
- sweep all decks free of debris, mke sure deck chairs are clean and in working order
- check BBQ, clean grate free of food debris, ash, turn off gas (if applicable)
- sweep and lock detached garage (if applicable)
- prepare trash for trash service (if applicable)
- turn off all lighs and television
- place keys in lockbox and set code
- set alarm if required
