Short Term Rental Maintenance Services:

We understand how important first impressions are, and we not only want to make your home shine, but we want it to keep its quality.  After every departure and arrival we go through the home and check for any and all maintenance issues to make sure your guest has n o problems during their stay.  While our cleaning crew is in the home they also check appliances for good working order, they check all furniture, any damages that may have incurred during a guest stay, and were here to make sure those tasks get accomplished before the new guest arrives.


Maintenance Checks:

• HVAC: cleaning filter replacement (monthly)
• Check heating and air conditioning thermostats
  
• Check hot tub thermostat
  
• Check hot water thermostat
  
• Return air vent cleaning
• Minor Plumbing (check all faucets and toilets for any water leaks)
• Minor Electrical (check all light fixtures to make sure they are all in working order)
• Check all door knobs and locks
• Check all doors for functionability
• Light Fixture Replacement (replace when necessary)
• Check refrigerators for right temp, ice maker functioning and any water leaks
• Check heaters and air conditioning units for functionality
• Check furniture for any unstableness
• Check for carpet stains, clean as needed
• Check for excessive amount of trash, remove when needed
• Check hot tubs (chemicals, water levels, and filter and jets to make sure it is functioninig correctly)
• Check entry ways and decks, driveways for snow removal needs
• Check all windows and locks
• ​Check all walls for chips and gauges in paint or sheetrock
• Check caulking around windows, doors, bathtubs, showers, sinks and toilets
