Residential Cleaning~ Weekly or Monthly
Cleaning Check List:
Kitchen:
* Fill dishwasher and run
*clean interior and exterior of microwave
*wash kitchen counters
*wipe down front face and interior of all kitchen cabinets
*straighten and stage kitchen as it should be
*clean small appliances exterior and interior where applicable
*Large Appliances: clean and shine visable exterior, turn on oven cleaner or scrub interior of stove to manufacturer guidelines, stove top free of food debris, shine. Refrigerator: wipe exterior of frig and interior shelves free of debris
*clean sinks
*run garbage disposal
*wipe light fixtures free of cobwebs
*wipe light switches
*dishwasher: wipe front and sides, emptied
*Empty trash and recycling
*Vacuum and hand wash hard surface flooring
Bathrooms:
- Scrub sinks, counters, frot face of cabinetry
- scrub toilet in and out of bowl and stand, wipe and shine.
- Shower/tub: scrub all of porcelean, jets, shower walls, glass and pan, wipe dry and shine.
- wash hard surface flooring by hand
- launder any towels and bathroom rugs
- stage counters and product to where they should be located.
Bedrooms:
- Wipe window sills
- dust blinds
- clean visable marks off windows
- clean any mirrors
- dust baseboards
- make beds with clean linens
- dust closet tracks
- vacuum room
- remve trash, recycling and stage how room should be
All Rooms:
*Dust and wipe down furniture
*vacuum under douch cushions
*Dust and wipe down personal decor
*Clean glass, mirrors and spot clean interior windows
*spot clean cabinet and drawer fronts
*straighten and stage rooms as they should look
*sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors
Deep Cleaning ( Spring and Fall Cleaning or upon request) In addition to the standard cleaning check list:
- Remove cobwebs
- move mioveable furniture and clean behind and under couch cushions
- Dust and wipe down ceiling fans and attached lighting
- Wipe down light fixtures
- dust high shelving
- clean interior and reachable exterior windows including frames and tracks
- wipe down walls and outlet covers
- wipe down baseboards and all doors and door jams
- Carpet edging
